Is this a subscription?

Yes, when you purchase a package you are subscribing to receive a package every month and will be charged every month (or every three months if you choose that option) until you have cancelled.

How do I cancel/change date/change address?

Upon check out, you will create an account with us. To cancel, simply go to our website and press the "Account" link in the top right corner. From here, log in with your account information created at check out. On this page you can cancel your subscription, suspend your subscription, and edit payment information, shipping address, and billing address.

Can I get just one?

Absolutely! Simply go through the regular process, select one month, and order. Once you have ordered, just log in to your account with the directions above and cancel your subscription. You will not be charged again and will receive your purchased package on the date you select.

Do you offer allergen free or gluten free packages?

At this time, we are unable to offer allergen free and gluten free packages although we are working hard to accommodate this in the future!

Can I get past months packages?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer past packages.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. However, due to international shipping speeds, we are unable to guarantee the date that you will receive your package.

Please note, although this is very rare, due to possible unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, packages may take an extra day or two to arrive.
